I am a NC native who graduated from University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a Finance degree in 2003 and my family has owned property on Oak Island my entire life. After living in Wilmington, NC and working 3 years as a Mortgage Broker, I joined L'Oreal and drove my sales career with 5 promotions and numerous relocations.  However, after living in MD, NJ, NY, GA and SC I have finally settled down in Oak Island with my husband and kids.  Due to working in Real Estate since 2013, countless relocations and owning 5 homes along the way, I understand the stress of relocating and selling/buying a home.
