Come to Atlantic Beach! Pelican's Roost Condo Community in Atlantic Beach provides a multitude of fun at the beach. It is conveniently located between Fort Macon State Park and Anchorage Marina. Unit 3 is one of the largest of condos here. This condo boast approximately 900 square feet with a full kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and has the capacity to fit several beds comfortably. Everyone will have elbow room to dine in the full size kitchen sitting at the dining table. This unit has been equipped with a ductless mini-split heat and ac system including 3 separate air handlers located in the bedroom, kitchen and living room. Pelican's Roost includes an outdoor swimming pool, an area for storing kayaks and paddleboards, grounds for kids to run and play, and covered picnic areas. There is a Clubroom with games and a laundry area. Unit 3 comes equipped with a washer and dryer inside the condo. The Atlantic Beach ocean is a few steps from the front door. Just across the street is the Tom Doe public beach access that offers a playground, boardwalk and bathrooms for your convenience while at the beach. Boating in the sound is a few seconds drive away. There are restaurants within walking distance, a covered porch for relaxing in the evenings and parking in front of the condo. This is your perfect, easy-to-manage beach getaway.
